Amanda stopped growing at 160 cm.

This hasn't stopped her from posing (awkwardly) in front of cameras and standing on upside down garbage cans to get her voice heard. She started Not A Model because she loves writing and wanted a space to share her musings on beauty, fashion, travel, life and photography. The blog name has nothing to do with hating models. Amanda doesn't believe in hating anything.

Besides goji berries. She definitely hates those.

She does love: New York City, a long run, bubble tea, writing bios in third person, '80s movies with Molly Ringwald, salt water, slow jams, shots of espresso, new notebooks, glasses that are half full, throwing rocks at windows, handwritten letters, airport run-ins, used books, her family, friends and dog, never ending mountains of pasta and female heroines with curly hair.
